Disliked: Staff charged for call out but wouldn’t get out of bed.Room booked key was missing left me outside in cold for hour.And then when door shut behind me unpacking they charged me for call out.

Liked: Very clean. The cleaner i met on check out was friendly
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on a board. For the price of the room, I would expect a comfortable bed.

Liked: Way overpriced for the room. Definitely notWorth $300 per night. Pictures are very misleading
