Nestled in the heart of Brisbane and just 7 minutes' drive from Brisbane Airport Novena Palms Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and is in a convenient location just an 8-minute drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Center at Boondall and a 12-minute walk from Northgate train station. It offers a free airport drop-off service from Monday-Saturday. Each air-conditioned room has a microwave refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are decorated in neutral colors and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room. Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am 7:15am 8:15am and 9:30am only Saturday 6:15am 7:15am 8:15am only We do not operate the shuttle service on Sun or Public Holidays Car storage(guests only) $10.00 gst per day Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs. We do not operate the airport drop-off service at 9:30am on a Saturday.

Okay for a quick overnight...

Liked: Convenient when catching an early flight from the airport. Rooms are spacious. The upstairs rooms have a balcony.
Disliked: Air conditioning is mandatory as the rooms are cold when the air conditioning isn’t run; in particular the tiled floors are freezing. The mattresses on the beds are on the firm side. While located close to the airport, the surrounding area is a little boring with nothing interesting within easy walking distance. While there is nothing overly wrong with the accomodation, it just feels a little cheap.

Drop off Airport shuttle was...

Liked: Comfortable bedClean sheets, clean bathroom Shuttle transfer in the early morning
Disliked: Price and value, but it did include the shuttle and Christine was very helpful

Very comfortable stay with easy...

Liked: Comfortable beds, crisp white sheets, hot shower, coffee and milk, tv, private patio, cheerful motel manager, complimentary shuttle to airport starting from 6.15am
Disliked: Okay for us but anyone who is tall/ has long legs may find sitting on the toilet a tight squeeze as it is close to the glass shower door
