Nestled in the heart of Brisbane and just 7 minutes' drive from Brisbane Airport Novena Palms Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and is in a convenient location just an 8-minute drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Center at Boondall and a 12-minute walk from Northgate train station. It offers a free airport drop-off service from Monday-Saturday. Each air-conditioned room has a microwave refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are decorated in neutral colors and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room. Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am 7:15am 8:15am and 9:30am only Saturday 6:15am 7:15am 8:15am only We do not operate the shuttle service on Sun or Public Holidays Car storage(guests only) $10.00 gst per day Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs. We do not operate the airport drop-off service at 9:30am on a Saturday.

Conveniently close to airport. Clean...

Liked: Close to the airport. Free shuttle bus back to the airport in the morning. Balcony. Basic kitchen facilities. Coffee & tea facilities. Very clean. Comfortable bed & pillows.
Disliked: Bathroom needed some basic maintenance, squeaky doors, shower screen didn't close, nowhere to hang your clothes, no toilet brush or garbage bin. Long 15 minute walk to find a food outlet.

Very helpful receptionist but overall...

Liked: The receptionist was lovely to talk to and very approachable and we appreciated her arranging our taxi cab to return to the airport the next morning
Disliked: In my opinion, we paid 5 star rates for what I would class as 3 star conditions. Whole room has signs of obvious and messy repairs to woodwork. The cups, plates, cutlery etc were in a dishdrainer on the bench as there were no cupboards to store these items.
