Disliked: It was the worst hotel we have stayed in unfortunately! There was no staff whatsoever , any issues that we had we tried calling but no one picked up. No cleaners came to pick up the trash and on top of that the rooms were super claustrophobic. When you get there and open the door, we had to climb a long flights of stairs to get to the room.

Liked: It was in the right location close to the bus stop,train and supermarket
Disliked: Facilities not as advertised,didn’t get room we paid for bed was uncomfortable.

Disliked: They are offering a room with AC but it’s not working and we kept asking for room change and the side no rooms available but when l check the availability for the rooms in booking it was showing that there’s 2 rooms available. The manager kept telling us that’s no room available for 3 continuous days when we ask and he kept telling l will check bye tomorrow and nothing Intel the 3 day they side that no room available and if you want we will gave you a fan 😅 . Also the window 🪟 in the room have a plastic cover and it doesn’t open fully only a small space so no air in the room 😭
