Disliked: The room we were first put into was terrible. The ac was in pieces with metal hanging out, the big dirty windows had zero curtains. The front desk worker moved us. The next room at least had curtains hanging up, the room itself was not very clean. The hotel has so many policies that they make you follow, which is ridiculous for what shape the hotel is in. Impossible to cancel or receive a refund. Will not stay here again.

Disliked: Heat in room didn't work. No continental breakfast. No wifi.. pool was closed. I filed a complaint with booking and have not yet got refund.

Literally should be shut down—so...

Liked: I’m APPALLED this place is still in business. The Health Department should be called immediately. It was FILTHY! The breakfast was moldy, the room smelled of mold, the bathroom had hair all over it, was moldy, dirty, and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The shower head was covered in grime and was so bad no one showered. The restaurant was shut down and so was the pool. The laundry room—washers looked like someone busted them open to take the money, wouldn’t close, and were unusable. There were “uninhabitable” signs all over, there was bird poop on the hallway floors—I can’t even remember it all. For the love of everything holy, DO NOT STAY HERE! It was unsafe, unhealthy, and should be knocked down.
Disliked: Literally everything. If there was another hotel that had an open room within an hour of there (we looked), we would have left. Only 3 channels on the TV worked, the WiFi was non existent, the fridge was stuck in the corner, surrounded by stained carpeting. Oh, and you couldn’t lock the door, the lock was busted. The tub was disgusting, straight up black, and the vanity looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was so bad we all slept in our clothes and kept our shoes on. Just for funsies, we checked out the breakfast. The cereal was expired, there was no milk, and no bowls. The fruit was literally moldy! The “freezer” was barely cold and had boxes of frozen waffles—you guessed it! They were moldy. Nothing to drink, and nothing else. I have videos and pictures—because it was so unbelievable. It felt like we were set up to be in a real episode of Law and order, SVU.

Pleasant

Liked: It was a good experience. Kept us safe for the night, got to our destination safely. Thank you for everything.
Disliked: We wished the pool was open but we understand the circumstances.

Liked: Location and staff were nice.
Disliked: Maintenance and condition of beds, plumbing etc is a big issue.
