Liked: Very comfortable bed! Good location to walk to the Forks! Right across from Shoppers!
Disliked: Some of the cleaning staff didn't speak English, so it was difficult to communicate, and the staff closet outside the room created additional noise.Otherwise I appreciated being away from the elevator and close to the stairs.I wish the cooler in the room was a real fridge. Once I realized that I shouldn't leave food as it went bad, the front staff kindly kept my food in their fridge, which I really appreciated,, though this was an inconvenience.

Terrible- stay away from here!

Disliked: This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the U.S. or Canada. The location is decent and staff are friendly, but the building is very old. Only one elevator was working and it was extremely slow due to large conference crowds.The room looked renovated but was not clean — we found two bed bugs in our bed. Soundproofing was terrible; we kept hearing people in the hallway and even thought someone was trying to open our door at night.For the price, the hygiene and comfort were far below expectations. If you have other choices, don’t stay here.
