Liked: The room exceeded my expectations. It was quite large, with a kitchen area and decent sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very, very clean. The location is convenient and the owners were very friendly and professional.

We didn’t stay.

Liked: I appreciated we were granted a refund.
Disliked: The location was on the outskirts of town. The place looked like several people lived there full time. There were about six cameras surrounding the front door of the office. A bit scary.

Liked: It was fine and handy given that there aren’t any restaurants nearby.

Amazing service, clean & comfortable

Liked: We couldn't believe how clean and maintained everything was. Not just the rooms, but the property and everywhere. You can really tell they take pride in their business. It was a fantastic experience. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Lacking customer service

Disliked: First of all turned up on the way to the airport. My dad had booked the hotel as I didn't have enough money. On arrival I was told 250 dollars were needed as a deposit. I informed them of my circumstances and said they could have my car keys and car as I had driven all the way from Winnipeg and needed some sleep. The staff member told me in no uncertain times that I would not be staying. I appreciate you have rules but through no fault of mine to be treated this way is just plain wrong. They really need to look at their customer service and how they treat their customers. Fortunately I never have to stay here again.
