Passable

Disliked: There was mold on the sheets and pillow, and we had to ask twice before they were finally changed. When we complained, the staff blamed us and were rude throughout the interaction. We also couldn’t sleep well due to noisy neighbors at night. Although the staff said they were aware of the issue, they offered no solution. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Liked: When using Bookings.com clicked for 2 rooms but only received one so one person slept on the floor
Disliked: No elevator for one disabled person to navigate stairs, no cot to to help only giving one room. Not sure if it was the hotels mistake or bookings.com

Paid too much for the...

Liked: Location. Access to restaurant feom hotel.
Disliked: Thin walls. Can hear our neighbors next room. Made it hard to sleep. Only had one chair which was the desk chair. Nowhere to sit for your partner. No freezer on the mini fridge.
