Liked: It was quite obvious this hard working family provided most renovations, and did a fine job. Some little quirks, such as crooked electrical outlets and bathroom light. The shelving was for very tall guests.The bed and pillows were very comfortable with crisp white sheets. The room was very clean with a clean fridge and microwave. There was not a coffee maker and the shampoo was lack luster. The lighting in the room needs to be more user friendly, perhaps more outlets allowing a bed side light.The included breakfast was very good, perhaps better than some chain motels.This is obviously family owned, and worked. The location is central to Chelmsford amenities. My husband and I will return, no regrets
Disliked: The room lighting was a little bright, with no dimmer and no bedside lighting (How can one enjoy a good book in the evening when you need to get out of your comfy spot to turn off the bright lights?)Some of the renovations did appear to be somewhat unprofessional ie. crooked outlets, too high shelving, wobbly/uneven refrigerator.

Liked: Great staff. Very helpful.Clean room.
Disliked: Lights in the room were VERY bright. Bright white and one wall switch controlled all 4 wall lights. It was nice and very very bright - but when wanting to relax there was no appropriate soft lighting. There was one small lamp in the room, but it had a very bright bulb in it as well. This was my only concern. Everything else was great.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Had a basement room - big mistake. Very dark, dank and had a bad smell near one wall (possibly old urine or vomit). Very disappointed for the price paid. Won't stay here again - will drive an extra 20 minutes for a nicer place for not much more money.
