Wouldn't come back

Disliked: having to use fans that plug in... didn't realize no A/C. loud fans during the night wasn't the best.. especially in my 40's where A/C is needed. When I called for early check in they had my hopes up all day.. We sat in the parking lot and watched the maids slowly clean the rooms.. we sat there for hours then other people showed up 15 min before check in and checked in before us. We were told we would get a call as soon as check in was available but never did. There was no breakfast... and it is listed that there is breakfast. I noticed another comment about no breakfast from another person, and the reply was you don't provide it nor is it advertised but it is.

Great visit- comfortable and fun

Liked: Very clean. Had everything we needed including all cooking items and washer and dryer etc.
Disliked: There was a jacuzzi tub pictured upstairs but had been replaced with a bed

Very disappointing

Liked: The location was outstanding!
Disliked: The mattress dipped so much in the middle that my husband and I were rolling towards each other and couldn’t move to the edge of the bed. We had a hard time sleeping.The staff were very rude and condescending. We have traveled all over the world using booking.com and have loved so many places with them. We were surprised by this location!!

Beautiful, private stay- 2br villa

Liked: The privacy and space was amazing, the accommodations were perfect. The kitchen had everything at the ready, including coffee. The Villa had two fully functional kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and patio. You can opt to leave the doors open to go up and down, or to close the doors for full sweet experience. It was very homey, and perfect for our stay. Staff was responsive throughout our stay.
Disliked: It would be great to be able to access beach passes in incline village

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress is extremely old and uncomfortable; the mattress springs are poking out and make your back hurt. The TVs are outdated, not smart TVs and not even regular channels can be seen, when we called the staff they told us we can watch DVDs. Lastly, there is no AC, luckily when we went it was not hot but even then the place was warm and i can only imagine how hit it gets in warmer climate.

Liked: Unable to use property due to no parking as guests double parked. Did not have a good experience at all.
Disliked: Staff is completely virtual. No assigned parking and no parking allowed nearby due to busy street with bike lanes and signs stating to be towed if parked. Staff was unable to assist in a resolution leaving us stranded without a room to use. They stated property management was unavailable and didn’t answer the phone. Manager unavailable due to after hours and wouldn’t be available until Monday. It was a Saturday night stay. Very disappointed in the no help to resolve our issues They asked us to go check for parking passes in vehicles to have them move. No parking passes were placed in any vehicles in addition to bears (not their fault but unsafe) climbing the fence near the cars they were asking us to look into. They are stating we are out of our $312 despite stating we would receive a refund due to the inconvenience and forcing us to have to drive 3hours back home instead of having the room we thought would be available and easy to checkin/relax for the evening.
