I stay at this hotel once or twice a year. The rooms are very clean and front desk personnel are very pleasant. I recommend it to my travel colleagues when in Springfield.

Disliked: Not offering military discounts on the weekends is crazy. It shouldn't matter what day it is. Most people travel on the weekends. Make it make sense.

Perfect one night stop for...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, pool was ice and breakfast was so convenient with several options. The front desk staff were so helpful and had everything ready for my check in. The lobby was inviting and cozy.
Disliked: Not the greatest location/neighborhood, but the property felt safe and secure.

Disappointing

Disliked: My fist room was dirty with no bedding. The second was clean but I could figure out how to turn the keys on the tub after already getting in.

Liked: Room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast had a good amount of choices. Super affordable!

Liked: The room was rather large and it was decorated a bit better than others. It had a pool.
Disliked: The walls are very thin. You could hear what was going on in the adjoining rooms and hall. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. It’s far from downtown.
