Attentive staff, good location, and...

Liked: I chose this hotel because of the 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. It was VERY reliable! A few days before our trip, I emailed to ask for details and got a prompt response. We arrived after 11 pm and were promptly picked up after we phoned the hotel. We requested a return trip to the airport at 4:30 am, put our name on the list of the morning of our departure, and a driver was ready and waiting for us in the lobby at 4:20. Exceptional service!
Disliked: For the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning: Please include a black tea option! Fortunately, I had my own.

Liked: Clean, friendly, good location, great service for transportation.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant to pricey, but not the breakfast and lunch spot.
