Best of Billings

Liked: Excellent historic hotel with well appointed comfortable rooms, nice decor and atmosphere and very friendly staff. Also like the large and clean fitness center with natural light.

Clean, very comfortable spacious room...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and centrally located.Staff went above and beyond to find me a tea kettle which I appreciated.
Disliked: No coffee or tea in the room

Mediocre for the price

Liked: The lobby is beautiful.
Disliked: There’s no fan in the room and the suite is quite small compared to others I’ve been in. The concierge just stares at you as you struggle with the door and over all staff was lackluster. The restaurant is good, but Jake’s is better, cheaper, and right across the street. All in all, I don’t think I’ll choose the northern again.
