It was good but should...

Liked: Comfortable. Good bar and restaurant but pricey . Staff very professional, helpful and friendly/
Disliked: One elevator not working. Had to go down to the lobby in the am for coffee; no coffee machine nor refrigerator in the rooms? No cleaning awe is until the 3rd day but there was no notice that would be the caseRestaurant bar good but over prices.

Liked: Cleanliness and room service! Location to MetraPark
Disliked: The evening staff lady at the front desk for the night shift.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, very clean room and facilities. Quiet and cozy. Very nice staff. Comfy beds and nice sized rooms.
Disliked: Nothing

Lacking basics, but relatively pleasant...

Liked: Bernie’s Diner for breakfast next door was convenient. I appreciated free parking in the garage. The hotel lobby was gorgeous and the staff was very pleasant to deal with at check-in. DirectTV was a nice unexpected bonus. Bed was comfortable. Local breweries and restaurants nearby were fun.
Disliked: King Suite was poorly designed and outdated. Lighting was insufficient in the room. No refrigerator in the room and the TVs were very small. This is outside the hotel’s control, but Billings locals revving their car engines and drag racing from light to light on 27th and 28th at 1:30 in the morning was loud and noticeable on the north side of the building.

Liked: Location great. Staff was good, especially the valet. Bernie’s restaurant was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. Very much appreciated the airport shuttle.
Disliked: The lack of ways to charge my phone and other devices. There were ports available, but they didn’t work. Housekeeping did not vacuum the floor the one day of several that I requested them to clean my room. I would’ve liked coffee available in the lobby for a longer period of time or coffee in the rooms.

Liked: Very good for location and a good parking garage.
Disliked: The price was a bit high.
