Staff were super friendly, clean...

Liked: I love that the room had pump soap and shower products and not the tiny bar of soap and tiny bottles. Tons of plugs and USB ports to charge devices around the room.
Disliked: There were barely any family friendly channels on the tv.The hot breakfast could have had more variety such as scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled eggs two days in a row. But the bacon was delicious.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good location to sight seeing. Breakfast buffet was great, love the make your own waffle option, especially for kids. Beds were very comfy. Quiet, we didn't hear other rooms. Air conditioner was cool.
Disliked: Funny smells in some of the hallways. Not super clean, bathroom was tiny, and if you were going to use facilities, none were in working order, pop machines weren't working the night we were there. Parking lot in very bad condition.

Disliked: Hallway carpet filthy - please deep clean or replace! Bed so soft I had a two day back ache. Weird shower... water came through faucet as hard as shower head! Had to replace the tv converter twice before it worked. Booked a room with pet accommodation and two beds. Was given a room with one bed only! When I requested a room with two beds (that I reserved) I was told there were none available...but I could get another room as long as I paid an additional $50 per night! In the entire hotel - they didn't have a pet room. So what was I to do with my daughter and her dog?? Pay the extra $50/night! Told the room attendant "you don't have to make up our room. Just please leave fresh towels, and empty the small garbage container. " Neither was done.Breakfast was all carbs - except for small yogourt containers. Please offer a fruit tray/salad...hard boiled eggs (not the fake liquid stuff), granola, multigrain bread...
