Liked: the receptionist gave us some complimentary snacks and bottled water. The breakfast buffet was good and there is a waffle maker.
Disliked: you can hear noises in the hallway.

Horrible!

Liked: The lobby was crazy loud when I arrived, it sounded like a party was going on. I could not hear a word spoken between people in the lobby only music blaring.
Disliked: The first room I was given didn’t have any towels, the tv didn’t work and there was no water in the toilet. By the time we were moved to a different room it was already after 12am and it was super inconvenient. The second room we were given also had very dirty walls. Did not enjoy the stay!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. We weren’t informed the restaurant was under renovation. If we had known we would not have booked.
Disliked: Restaurant was closed The room was by the back and the smoking exit. There were dogs barking The Parking lot had trash and a homeless encampment across the street.

Exceptional
