Excellent place to stay; very close to city centre.

Liked: Close to the centre of Northampton. Nice and clean.
Disliked: Lacking a fridge in the room but it’s not a biggy!

I was playing at the Roadmender with my band and booked the hotel through ConcertHotels.co.uk. Because of the check in times we went to the venue first and played our set. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told they had no reservation in our name. Luckily I had a copy of our booking confirmation and the young lady behind the desk was very helpful in sorting out the booking and even gave us complimentary parking as an apology for the inconvenience.

Liked: Decent sized room; clean; comfy bed; good for centre of town.
Disliked: Water pressure not very good on 7th floor.

Liked: Central location
Disliked: Noisy lift immediately adjacent to our room. It clearly has a fault that needs fixing. ☹️Safe was not working in our room - staff unable to open it. ☹️

Good location for the Roadmender...

Liked: Location for the Roadmender club is excellent.Food ordered from the bar was very good
Disliked: Breakfast was very dried up, the bed was very hard with squiggly pillows.

More than likely come again.

Liked: Only stayed 2 nights, but from check in staff, restaurant staff, and bar staff, all were excellent. Rooms clean. Can't fault the breakfast. All in all we had a really good time. Never been to Northampton before, but would love to go back to this hotel in this town again.
Disliked: Didn't like the rainfall shower.
