Northampton Town Centre Hotel by Accor

Excellent place to stay; very close to city centre.

Liked: Close to the centre of Northampton. Nice and clean.
Disliked: Lacking a fridge in the room but it’s not a biggy!

I was playing at the Roadmender with my band and booked the hotel through ConcertHotels.co.uk. Because of the check in times we went to the venue first and played our set. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told they had no reservation in our name. Luckily I had a copy of our booking confirmation and the young lady behind the desk was very helpful in sorting out the booking and even gave us complimentary parking as an apology for the inconvenience.

Liked: Decent sized room; clean; comfy bed; good for centre of town.
Disliked: Water pressure not very good on 7th floor.

Disliked: Breakfast option was only Buffet . Would have liked an option just for coffee and something like a baked good

Short stay regular visitors

Liked: We have been booking regular and everything excellent.
Disliked: Asked for extra milk from lady servicing rooms and she was great and said it was not her room but gladly gave us extra. We put them in our room ready for the morning. When we returned later they had been removed leaving only 4 just enough for one drink each. Also the morning we were leaving we were woken at 8.15 as someone was trying to access our room. We stay here regular so this is only the first time we have had this issue normally everything is excellent throughout. So hoping this was just a one off
