Not as good as last...
Liked: Restaurant and staff always very good along with the food . The rooms are a little inconsistent. Size and facilities change but generally ok.
Disliked: Air con in my room was very noisy and no fridge which i had previously in the same standard room. No water supplied which is poor in this level of hotel .

Functional stay in a comfortable...
Liked: This is a very functional hotel, built primarily for business guests - the rooms are perfectly comfortable, spacious and have all the facilities you would expect. Bed was comfortable. It was all clean and well maintained, if slightly drab. The staff were polite. The gym was pretty good, with plenty of equipment.
Disliked: The hotel lacked atmosphere and was a little dreary, but again that is due to its business focus. The location is handy for places like Brackmills and the gold course but not so much for Northampton centre, although there is a fairly pleasant walk by the lake and/or abbey into town (about half an hour or so).

Amazing hotel experience, with exccellent...
Liked: Clean, large and well-equipped rooms with high quality products.
Disliked: There was an occasional vibration sound from the plumbing system. It sounded uncomfortably loud like a train was running into the room! But this did not detract from our over all experiencce.

Liked: In Duty Manager, Louise Bentley, the Marriott Group have an absolute gem. Warm, welcoming and attentive at all times, she helped to make our stay most enjoyable, despite the reason for our visit (a bereavement within the family). Although other members of the team we came into contact with were both polite and attentive, Louise went ?that extra mile?. Her name may be Bentley but to us Louise is positively a Rolls Royce!
Disliked: Nothing at all.
