Very good

Liked: Location was fantastic, not to far from the town, great night life. Hotel was spotless the food was very good and most of the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast staff should of sued the charm school, just 2 of them were rude if you said something they was abrupt and all I was doing was letting them know they had no eggs or whatever it may of been, they just snapped back and if you asked for tea they went and got it but it was like it was an hindrance for them. If you want to work in hospitality then at least do it with a smile don't let people feel uncomfortable because they asked you something don't think they liked the London accent.

Disliked: Tiny room, so hot couldn't sleep, side of bed against the wall so had to move it, most of the staff were polite but dressed badly, all looked very unhealthy

Liked: The location was central to the beach and a short walk to the main amusement area in Skegness. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was really loud - both with other guests inside and, from early in the morning, noise right outside our window too.

Disliked: The room was very small.The bed was not comfortable could feel buttons on mattress.Had to climb in bath to have a shower.For 83 pound thought would be better room.Anyone going to this hotel pay more and get better room.

Liked: It in the middle of skegness or ingoldmells coast bit of a walk to skegness even longer for ingoldmells, in beautiful setting on golf course. Staff friendly when checking in.
Disliked: No hairdryer in room, we had room 136 which was very noisy near road where there bins are, it was warm in room so we had window open, but very noisy, food was OK but for golf hotel you expect high standard, bar area bit dated, no entertainment, you only love it if you play golf
