Poor

Liked: Night staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Small hot tub in room, beds sink into the middle floor tiles cracked

Disappointed

Disliked: Paid for hot tub room. Didn't even get one. Ran water in tub for 15-20 minutes and no hot water for shower but had hot water in sink.

Disliked: The room was cold and it wasn’t a hot tub in my room I paid for

Liked: Clean and great location..
Disliked: Frontdesk staffs need more orientation on customer satisfaction and services.

Exceptional

No sleep.

Liked: Super clean nice place.
Disliked: Do not go when Youth Hockey is there. Not the kids, the parents. They sat in common areas, got wasted, screamed and yelled until 1:30 am and staff did nothing.

Liked: Very comfortable room. Large desk area
Disliked: Room was a little bit noisy. Hot tub was fun but didn't stay hot.

Liked: The room was OK and a good size
Disliked: The dogs made the visit very unpleasant. Dogs barking and fighting. Dog in the breakfast area and not a service animal. When we complained we were told we told it was a "support" animal. It was disgusting and we left for our room.
