Liked: Clean room; very affordable; a 10 minutes or less drive from downtown.

Love place. I feel robbed...

Liked: You charged me $20 a night for parking which I did not utilize a parking lot in any way, nor was it part of my original quote for the room. It was a bad surprise and I’ve asked for a refund multiple times.
Disliked: Being charged for parking x2 nights when I did not have a car

Excellent! Strongly recommend!

Liked: Clean, modern, spacious, great staff, close but not too close to airport.
Disliked: Sure would like a microwave in room!

Disliked: If you come with a service dog, they wouldn’t let you stay as how they said they have a rule to “only accept service dogs for physical disability”. After we left to find a different hotel and then called them to get a refund their manager said they don’t have anything like that. And now it’s been a month and still no refund and no communication from their side.

Disliked: The rooms were small. There was nowhere to put your things. There was no microwave. The breakfast was expensive. Parking was not free. The pool was small.
