Disliked: No Microwave inside of room & Breakfest is available but not included in your stay

Awful

Disliked: If you come with a service dog, they wouldn’t let you stay as how they said they have a rule to “only accept service dogs for physical disability”. After we left to find a different hotel and then called them to get a refund their manager said they don’t have anything like that. And now it’s been a month and still no refund and no communication from their side.

Liked: The area was nice. The hotel was big. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were small. There was nowhere to put your things. There was no microwave. The breakfast was expensive. Parking was not free. The pool was small.

Liked: Very clean and classy in lobby.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking!!?? Huge parking lot and not full. Never experienced that at a hotel before. Bathroom sink would drain very slowly and there was no dresser to put small articles of clothes into.
