A good value for a...

Liked: Good value. Nice clean rooms. A nice location for what I was needing to go to. Nice bathroom too.
Disliked: Wall were a little thin,as I could hear my neighbors

We were comfortable.

Liked: There were several good restaurants within walking distance. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to a major shopping center on the other side of the freeway.
Disliked: Apparently there is a homeless shelter somewhere in the area. We had no problem with the occasional homeless man sitting in a nearby mall with a CVS that had even eyecare solutions locked behind screens. There was one who would wander through yelling at the sky. This was not an issue at the motel - city/state needs to assist business and residents in dealing with this. For the motel, a bathroom shower fixture needs attention - very strong spray for some reason. I should have mentioned that to the manager (owner?) but sped out of time - really nice fellow. I'd stay there again.
