Liked: Room was a little tired looking. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good. Ok for an overnight stay.

Not far from Dunnet head

Liked: Friendly staff at check-inManaged to park bikes in hotel car park, which got quite busy and full ( but large car park across the road)
Disliked: Buffet style breakfast, which is never quite the same as a freshly cooked individualRestaurants in town seem to close early so head out early eveningExterior of hotel doesn't look much, but its better on the inside

Disliked: Frequented by bus groups, bus parking made getting into small car park difficult. Dining area was very large and open, and buffet served food ok but a bit dried up. Rooms small and could do with refurbishment - our room toilet roll holder was broken. Water pressure in shower very weak. Bar closed by staff at 10pm on Friday night and had very limited selection. Sticker in support of Federation of Small Businesses but didn’t seem to offer local suppliers.
