We got to the hotel to check in, only to be taken around the back to a block of old flats. The wallpaper in our room was peeling off, one of the lights hanging out, damp around the window, cobwebs all over the room, a rug that was going up the wall as it didn’t fit. Carpets were dirty all around the hotel. When we left for the day, we got back to lovely clean towels however our room was unlocked so anyone could have been in our room for the hours we were gone. £197 room (for one night) to be told breakfast is an extra £10 per person. My partner and myself ended up checking out around 10pm and driving home. Our first time in Manchester and it was such a disappointment. I wish I could add pictures to this review.

Liked: Very quiet place.Comfy beds.Nice bathroom. It's good that they have a microwave and fridge in the room.
Disliked: We were shocked to see someone else's poop in the bathroomNot a pleasant welcoming!You could hardly walk around the beds. No chairs at all. Damp by the window. We had NO HEATING until we complained about it and were given a little one to plug in the room. Would've been nice to be told this information early on when we checked in.
