Liked: Staff friendly, nice rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast was lovely and a great selection to choose from, excellent for the price we paid.
Disliked: Everthing was fantastic

Disliked: Room carpet was soaking wet seemed like was coming from the radiator. Heard every single noise from other peoples rooms. Bed wasn’t very comfortable

Disliked: Room upgrade very good from last staying awhile back,I think the new cheap fittings like, toilet seats and shower screens could be upgraded to last longer but you get what you pay for

Liked: I did complain at the front desk when I left but the lady did not seem intrested , I was in one of the new room 330 it was lovely however my shower was cold at night and in the morning and the pipes rattled all night which meant I was still awake at 2 in the morning I felt this overnight stay was a waste of a night for me and as I was staying over for work I was very tired the next day my stay was 17th for 1 night
