Disliked: No fan in bathroom.

We checked in at 4AM, and were woken up at 7AM by water dripping from the light fixture in the bathroom. They promptly moved us to the same room further up and offered us free breakfast. Response time to this issue (which probably was another guest's fault) was timely and correct, but I had zero interest in going to breakfast, or doing anything but going back to sleep. That issue aside, the view was great and the room was as expected.

Disliked: Unfortunately I couldn√Ę‚?¨‚?Ęt stay here because the elevator was broken and my room was booked on the 8th floor. I was also not able to get a refund when I found out about the broken elevator

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating...
Liked: The property location is perfect for us when visiting our son who lives downtown. There is so much to do within walking distance. The staff, ALL of them were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: There was one elevator out of service during our stay that made it a little more time consuming getting up to our room at night with restrictions due to Covid but hey. things happen

filthy and unsanitary
Liked: Hotel is beautiful and the ease of getting to the hotel via garage using the enclosed bridge was genius and a plus.
Disliked: As previously stated,, The hotel is beautiful and the ease of getting to the hotel via garage using the enclosed bridge was genius and a plus. However, the elevators, hallways and common areas were filthy. I stayed for 2 days and saw the same litter in the hotel elevators and hallways in its same spot. There was no room service nor did the staff remove garbage from the rooms or did they provide a place to dispose of excess garbage once the rooms bins became full. I sat both bins of garbage outside my room door for pick up and disposal and it remained untouched for two days. I've stayed at Marriot hotels in the past and pre-Covid 19 with that provided a 5 star experience. I believe it was just this one location. I will never stay at this Marriot location in the future nor will I recommend this location but I will still stay at Marriott Hotels elsewhere.
