Comfortable and relaxing with easy...

Liked: Very informal and relaxed, excellent staff without being overly attentive. Good facilities, good food and value for money. The check in/out deserves special mention as the Norfolk had quite the easiest fuss free ever.
Disliked: Maybe a little traffic noise at night from the nearby street, easily remedied by closing the windows but this I assume would only be relevant in rooms at the front of the property.

Clean, comfortable and super friendly

Liked: The staff were super friendly throughout. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of drawers and cupboard space.There was also a fan in the room, which was very welcome at night. The garden offered a nice place to sit and relax. I didn't have an evening meal in the restaurant but the cooked breakfast was nice. The location was great for exploring town. There was evening entertainment in the bar on both nights of my stay.

Ok for few nights

Liked: Staff very helpful, bed ok, parking good, hotel location good, veggie breakfast ok, obviously very popular with older people.
Disliked: Too many stairs with luggage even using the lift, room location 1st floor, long way from carpark, end of building, directly facing the road, hence much traffic noise & late night noise from street, shower mediocre, kept going hot/cold/hot/cold.
