Liked: The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Laura, our waitress in the restaurant was welcoming, quick, and spot on with our orders. Eduardo in the bar was funny, friendly, and professional, and the reception staff were all great.The decor, if you wanted to be picky, is slightly dated, but everywhere was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are large with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bed was huge and comfortable. For us, the shower flow could have been stronger, but there was oodles of hot water with the option of a bath as well.Location is very good, right on the edge of St Hellier with plenty of good quality restaurants close by if you choose not to eat in the hotel restaurant. We would use this hotel again
Disliked: The shower would benefit from stronger water pressure.

Liked: Breakfast good but little choice of cooked breakfast. No scrambled eggs our poached eggs offered. (Maybe they would have been on request but I did not ask.)
Disliked: We stayed in room 132 , the pink geometric wallpaper did not go with rest of room.
