Liked: Great location, clean room, easy check in and check out
Disliked: Tight space with toilet and shower. Water tastes and smells like sulfur but I imagine most all places in steamboat are the same

Perfect location

Liked: Clean room. Available playpen for my daughter. Friendly staff. Microwave and fridge available in the room.
Disliked: The indoor pool wasn’t looking great or ready but it was open and available to be used.

Great easy weekend getaway place...

Liked: The hotel is directly on main street, so everything downtown is walkable. Room was clean, staff was friendly and even worked with us when we were snowed in an extra day. This is not the Ritz Carlton, but for a quick weekend getaway, this was a comfortable room without breaking the bank. Restaurants and shopping are steps away, and the bus picks you up across the street to take you skiing.
Disliked: It's a little pricy for what you get, but it's Steamboat, so everything is too expensive and this fits right in. Hot tub is clean, big and comfy, but it's an odd walk through the parking lot to get to it tucked behind a building. There's a LOT of construction going on directly next door as well, so if you're looking for quiet during the daytime, look elsewhere.

Liked: We liked that Nordic Lodge was located in downtown and we could walk to local restaurants and shops. There was laundry facilities and indoor hot tub.
Disliked: I paid for the lodging through a third party prior to arrival and I did not like their billing practice of charging my credit card the full amount until I checked out of the hotel.

Wonderful quality at a fair...

Liked: The beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable, and the bed linens were clean and crisp white cotton!! Excellent location, we walked into town. We loved the enclosed community hot tub, it was the perfect temperature, and the hot coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby! Very nice staff.
Disliked: Hallways and stairwells need a good vacuuming, but our room was very clean!

The stay was mostly what...

Liked: The location was really convenient for catching shuttle buses and getting food. The beds were really comfortable and although we were close to the road, road noise was not a problem.
Disliked: The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. Also, there was work done to a wall in the room during our stay that eneded up making a mess out of a pair of my shoes. The light on the in-room pohone never stops flashing.
