Disliked: The lamps over the beds did not work, bulbs were missing, one exploded when turned on.Curtains came loose.

Perfect little hotel 5 minutes...

Liked: Room and en suite very clean and tidy. Serviced every day. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast perfect. Very friendly staff.

Not quite the relaxing night...

Disliked: The room I had was right by the elevator and stairs and I heard every single footstep anyone made as well as the conversations everyone was having outside my door and down the corridor until least 12am. I also had to ask for a kettle and coffee cups because there wasn’t, despite my friends staying in the hotel having one. They also all had a fridge in their room and I didn’t. You can hear trains and the underground so clearly. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and the towel radiator had certainly seen better days!

Liked: We liked the location, very convenient for Gare du Nord, restaurants and shops. The staff were welcoming. Beds were clean and comfortable and we were able to book a room with three beds, which was what we needed. We loved the old staircase and the garden at the front.
Disliked: There wasn't enough hanging space in our room, with no coat hooks for example, and the bathroom was inconvenient and a bit shabby. The shower was over the bath, which had no plug, and there were not enough towels, although more were provided on request.
