Worst Stay Ever

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The room size, the think mattress that felt like a brick. Put on second floor when informed of disabled parking and person. A mind your step to get into the bathroom. No handrails to get in or out the bath no towels or toilet roll.

Disliked: Thin walls could hear neighbour talking and everything.Decor in room poor. Hotel was leaking with damp smells in corridors and stairwells.Booking in the queue was long 3 people on the desk ignoring people and only ine serving. If they are doing other work they should nit be in the reception as it looked like they were ignoring the queueHotel way over due a refurbBar queue was long. Staff looked like they hated their jobs

Liked: The location is good for Blackpool and Surrounding areas, plus the beach.
Disliked: The reception staff were quite unhelpful to a member of my party that had booked twice, once through booking.com and once through the hotel direct. I believe they cancelled both bookings because the card details he gave was not 100% correct. He realised this when he booked through booking.com and had cancelled this and then telephoned the hotel direct. He arrived at reception and when he show them the booking they said "sorry this has been cancelled" and walked away from him. My friend has Dementia and this did not help with his situation.
