Liked: Clean hotel, friendly staff, no problems. When checking in, my sink was clogged so they gave me a different room in about 5 minutes. Good internet. One block away from the central street. Breakfast is mostly useless, don't count on it (there's a Mexican breakfast place next door) but coffee is nice.

My stay at INTJ Hotel...

Liked: The staff is very nice and friendly. The manager Cristina is extremely good at her job. She speaks English which is a huge plus. She knows a lot about Tijuana too. Daniela and Chelsea are very helpful. Everyone has a great sense of humor and they made me feel at ease. Luz and Ereny keep the hotel clean. My room was immaculate.
