Wonderful B&B, but know that...

Liked: Friendly and helpful hosts, great breakfast, quiet neighborhood, garden
Disliked: The bed was rather hard and as a side sleeper that caused some problems.

An extremely friendly and interesting...

Liked: Quintessential San Francisco Victorian. Quirky and well maintained. Lovely and peaceful back garden. The host (Sheila) is wonderful - very gracious and welcoming. Set the tone for all the guests who were very friendly as well. The communal breakfasts were always interesting. (The frittatas were wonderful too!)
Disliked: Nothing really. I had some mobility issues (crutches) so the stairs were challenging but that wasn’t the property’s fault. Sheila accommodated me as much as possible.

Liked: Noe’s Nest is a can’t miss experience in SF! Great accommodation and Mission District location. Delicious breakfast with good company. We were well-seen to the entire time. Highly recommend!

Liked: It’s unique. Eclectic. Lots to look at inside the house. Tranquil, beautiful garden. It’s like visiting someone’s home- a great place to unwind after a day of travel or sightseeing.

I felt like I was...

Liked: I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The property was clean, well decorated…the list goes on. The toilet in my bathroom even had seat warmer and a bidet. Like, who does that nowadays? This boutique bed and breakfast should be rated a 5 Star Bed and Breakfast all the way. I fell in love with the home. If you want to see and experience the San Franciscan Victorian Home lifestyle, this is it. Pick another spot in San Francisco, you are missing out big time. The owner of the property is so sweet and welcoming.
Disliked: The staff who work on the property should chillax, say hi and offer assistance in anyway. Too quiet and stressed. They could also wear uniform because I couldn’t determine if they were guests or staff.
