Birthday and football game weekend...

Liked: Loved the location as it is close enough to the action but not in the middle of it. The coffee shop is fabulous, the speak easy is a neat option for late night but also the Roof Top is fabulous! Loved the Nespresso station on the floor to grab a quick coffee in the a.m.
Disliked: Really nothing- it was amazing and we will be back. We were traveling with my older parents and really the only comment I made to management was that although the marble floors in the bathroom are beautiful, they are very slippery in the shower. They did offer a rubber bath mat to be brought up- think they should just offer for the room.

A very nice stay in...

Liked: Very clean, well situated close to Broadway. The architecture has a lot of class and the rooms are properly sized. Bathroom facilities are very nice. Air conditioning and water heating system work perfectly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay

Disliked: Loud, drunk party - goes in the street at 2am!

Disappointing

Comfortable hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Location - 5 minutes walk from Broadway so very close to music scene but a quieter area to come back to. Fab rooftop bar. Lovely art deco lobby areas. Bar staff very friendly.
Disliked: Whilst extremely friendly and welcoming, the staff on the reception desk did not appear to ‘log’ a particular request of ours and agreement from them. We therefore had to go over it all again each time on 3 different occasions.

Liked: The property was gorgeous, clean, and offered exceptional amenities.

One stay was enough

Liked: The hotel has a great location in downtown Nashville. The hotel is very old but has been refurbished very nicely. However, the price for one night was very expensive. Parking was very expensive. Then when I returned home I found out they charged an additional $29.91 for complimentary items like wifi, coffee (which didn't work), etc. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great in many ways, but not $600/night great.
Disliked: I parked my own car, I carried my own bags, went next door to get a cup of coffee. The hotel was self service and the rooftop terrace was NOT available to hotel guests. I really over paid.
