Disliked: Everyone was nice but we had some confusion checking out and I’m not sure if it got resolved

Liked: Location was very good, hotel was extremely clean and comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived we initially had an issue with the rooms that we reserved being available, after speaking to someone at the desk they apologized and did their best to accommodate us. Even so I wasn't happy and didn't think that they were being upfront with me. When I got home I received a email from the Director of Room's Paul, asking if he could call and speak to me to get a better understand what took place during our stay. Paul, I couldn't have spoken to a more pleasant individual, stated that he understood what happened during our stay and apologized. Paul stated that unfortunately the events that took place was a combination of back luck and a glitch in their system. I have no reason not to believe him, after all he took the time to reach out to me, and I think what occurred at the time was a series of misunderstands. I told him that I appreciated the follow up and we will be back in the near future.

Great location- walkable to anything

Liked: Great location, darling hotel. Comfortable bed- love the water station and coffee station on each floor
Disliked: The room is very small, but the bed is comfortable. Our bathroom shower was ADA and leaked water into the room pretty badly.

Nashville was wonderful

Liked: Location is fantastic . Staff are not too friendly
Disliked: Coffee station on my floor out of order for entire duration of my stay

Liked: Great location, charming Hotel.
Disliked: We booked this hotel for the speakeasy and it was closed. Also, one of the elevators was not working, and the water/coffee station on our floor was broken and had loud fans running. I feel we should get a partial refund for the very expensive room.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location. Can easily walk to Ryman and all kinds of music. Great hotel and it even has a fun "hidden bar." We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone, from the people at the door to the gals that made our coffee in the lobby to the restaurant downstairs, worked hard to give their best!

Have stayed in many hotels...

Liked: Loved the breakfast , had it at the drug store , lovely food , lovely staff, will stay there again
Disliked: Everything was fine
