Horrible stay

Liked: Location was terrible and the food was not worth the price. We were lied to about the location so we had to pay a taxi. Not fair and I talked directly to the hotel. Not happy I should get a refund this is not how you treat you customers.
Disliked: Everything

Liked: Check in. Room layout. Room style
Disliked: Coffee machines not working in the morning. Ran out of ice. Noise from street was crazy at night. (not your fault but still may decide if I stay there again)

Liked: Great location, a short walk to Printers Alley, Broadway, The Ryman and more.Beautiful architecture inside the hotel with fun bars, especially the roof top.Our room was small, but cozy,comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful whenever needed.

Liked: Beautiful building and rooms. Charming art and architecture. Clean. Fun restaurants and bars on site. Great location.

Glad I chose the Noelle

Liked: The restaurant was very good, enjoyed the speakeasy, good bars, the drug store (coffee and bagels, pastries etc). Nice setup for coffee and to refill water bottles in hallway near room. The lighting and window shade setup all push of a button. Incredible staff.
Disliked: Room while comfortable was a little on the small size for a superior king rm. no place to buy any snacks.
