Decent hostel-like accommodation a village...

Liked: The place itself is nice. Positioned at the end of a small village close to Wroclaw, so it is a quiet area. Still quite close to the main highway and good car connection to the Wroclaw downtown. Free semi-guarded parking in the backyard. Clean facilities, shared kitchen with all the needed. Possible to wash clothes in a washing machine located in the kitchen and dry the clothes outside.
Disliked: I travel a lot and try to make the best even of most unexpected experiencies but the personnel's attitude towards our certain issue took even us by surprise. Long story short, we washed our clothes on Friday evening and left then dry outside on Saturday, while we were at the zoo for the whole day. They had laundry day and the cleaning lady neatly collected our dries clothes into a laundry basket and placed behind the stairs on the 1st floor, while obviously not knowing to which customer the clothes belonged to. When we returned around 11pm, we couldn't find the clothes and decided to look for it in the morning which was Sunday and actually our checkout day. In the morning we did not notice the laundry basket, so I wrote first through the booking where I got a short reply "to contact reception". When I calles the reception, the guy on the other side was NOT motivated to deal with our issue at all. All he did was making excuses like "it is Sunday, no one is working today", "i did not touch your laundry", and the best line was "i do not know what to do, I am far away and cannot help you". Cherry at the top, he hang up on us by saying "jesus christ". I do not know, maybe he started calling someone or what. But we were left baffled. I went to look around our laundry again and found the basket. I immediately called the guy back and he juat said "yes yes bye". As a suggestion, whena customer calls with an actual issue (like customer's laundry misplaces by the staff and the customer is due to checkout), find time to actually express concern and think abour solutions like "did you look everywhere, maybe the lady put it in a basket somewhere?" Just making excuses and not wanting dealing with our issue ruined the entire otherwise pleasant stay there.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable beds. Room has everything you need for good sleep. Shared kitchen area for quests, with all the things you need.
Disliked: Toilet paper had very strong disel smell, it was probably hold in car service down floor or used with dirty hands. Diswasher in kitchen area was full of dishes (clean and drity one mixed).
