Best hotel in Warsaw

Liked: Nobu Warsaw is a great hotel perfectly located close to many good od restaurants etc. We stay there every time we visit Warsaw. We love their generous breakfast and spacious suites.
Disliked: Could you please make sure towels are not changed if they are not on the floor as per your own policy. We appreciate the cleaners want the best for the guests but we are very cautious about the environmental impact of our activities and don’t need our towels or bed linen to be changed every day. Many thanks

Liked: Good brand name, poor execution!
Disliked: It is not 5 star hotel, definitely not when it comes to quality of service, food and generally speaking attention to details. Moreover be mindful that It is a joint between out-dated old Rialto hotel and newly built Nobu, I guess to safe money they decided to merge both.

Very good

Liked: I loved the design of the historic part of the hotel — a personal preference, but I found it far more appealing than the modern section. It felt truly connected to and respectful of Warsaw’s character. It was very comfortable. The location is very central, in vibrant area with many great coffee places and restaurants around.
Disliked: While the staff was friendly, the service was nothing exceptional. I would suggest improving this aspect to better align with 5-star standards.The sound insulation in the room was noticeably worse than in the newer part of the hotel.

Liked: The design of this hotel is amazing! The rooms are super big, comfortable, everything you need, intelligent control of the room (maybe too intelligent for me :) )
Disliked: Nothing, everything was simply amazing! Maybe the price of the restaurant, but I understand that is a very exclusive restaurant. Just a wish

Disliked: There were a couple of things that were very disappointing — mainly the staff and their attitude.First, I booked this hotel because it clearly stated (twice!) that they offer parking. As soon as I booked and inquired, they said they didn’t have any spaces… Well, okay. Things happen. Never mind.When we arrived (around 11 PM), the music in the reception area was so loud we couldn’t hear the receptionist — and it definitely distracted her too. Instead of writing the correct room number on our cards, she made a mistake, so we went to the 5th floor and tried getting into someone else’s room. Then we had to go back downstairs, and she just said, “Oops.” Human error? Sure, it happens. Still, not ideal.Next, I wanted to order food to my room, which the receptionist said was possible. I tried calling the in-room dining service — no one picked up. I kept trying for 30 minutes. I also called the front desk, and no one answered there either. Eventually, someone from the front desk picked up. When I told him I couldn’t reach in-room dining, he said, “Oh, after 11 PM, you have to call the front desk to order food.”(And after 11 PM, the only options are a weird selection of snacks.)There was no info anywhere stating that I had to call a different number after 11 PM. Again — fine, maybe I’m wrong for expecting someone to pick up sooner.I ordered two things and specifically asked if the sauce comes separately. The man said, “Yes, it’s on the side.”When my order (well, only one of the two) arrived — the sauce wasn’t on the side, of course. I called back, and he said, “Oh, I thought you meant a different sauce.”I said, “What other sauce? There’s only one?”He apologized and said he’d remove it from the bill.I also asked where my second item was, and he said it was on the way.I waited 20 more minutes, called again — no answer. Called three more times. A woman finally picked up and said it would be up in a couple of minutes.
