Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

Liked: Out of all the hotels on the strip, nobu was one of the quieter ones so it was nice to come back to a peaceful atmosphere. front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recommendations.
Disliked: Neglect for serious health hazard. After 4 days of waking up with unexplained migraines, joint pain and shallow breathing, we found black mold in the vents of our hotel room (915). This was immediately deeply concerning seeing as how the ventilation is all connected so guests before us would have also been exposed. After reporting this, we were offered a room upgrade and $100 room credit. This was insulting as where health is concerned, I would expect a full refund to be the bare minimum. As there is no telling how many other rooms have been exposed and the severity of this was dismissed, I will be having my attorney inform the health department.
