Liked: Great location close to some of the best restaurants in the US. Easy walk to Michigan Ave and the riverwalk. Awesome Dyson hairdryer provided. Fantastic rooftop bar with the most amazing view of downtown. The bellhop was amazing and friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom even with the lighting is a little dark.

Liked: Tiffany at front desk and the bell staff were excellent and so personable. Room was lovely and the pool and steam room were an unexpected treat (next time I will bring a swimsuit). Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. And I loved the neighborhood (restaurants, bakery) even though it was outside of downtown.
Disliked: A bit noisy on my floor late at night, possibly due to service door. Floor lamp was not controlled with the other lights and had to be unplugged.

Liked: The beds, staff, fitness center, and location. Loved the Dyson hair dryer and flat iron in the room.
Disliked: Rooftop Nobu was just ok. The main restaurant and lounge on 1st floor is much better.
