Good
Liked: Nice location and clean decoration
Disliked: Ti be honest the gym was very disappointing …. One weight machine. Considering other competitors at a 3 minute walk with a boxing gym and incredible facilities for the same price … it was truly disappointing .

We had a fabulous time...
Liked: We loved staying at Nobu for a long weekend! We were in town for a wedding in Fulton market area and had an exceptional time. The hotel was located in the middle of everything and within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, bars and shopping. The facilities were pristine and our room was very comfortable. The hotel was even able to accommodate us earlier than check in time due to arriving earlier than expected. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: Given the location of the property it can get noisy at night. This really didn’t bother us but could be important to know for other guests.

People are great company needs...
Liked: The bell man Gino was amazing super helpful.
Disliked: Miss shower head first night. Would t allowed for a later check out said was fully booked as we leave nobody I checking out only us. As you can tell they could have accommodation us but choose not too. Spent 2000$ usd at diner and could give us extra 30min. To get going

Great service other than being...
Liked: Right in West Loop surrounded by many restaurants and shops
Disliked: The front desk staff did not check with me if I have a reservation directly from them or through other booking agent,they just took my credit card and did not tell me any details when I checked out, they didn’t ask me if I’d like to have a receipt. A week later I saw on my credit card transaction that they charged me a full amount of the stay even though it was already paid in full way in advance prior to the stay. I had to take my time to call the accounting office to receive a refund. I thought it was unprofessional for the kind of hotel.
