Decent stay with some positives,...

Liked: Great location if you need to be near the railway station (Sants). Room was spacious and very clean
Disliked: Not ideal for tourists—too far from main sightseeing areas.Reception staff seemed inattentive, more engaged in their own conversations than assisting guests.Check-in experience lacked important information—no details provided about breakfast, spa access, or other amenities.Spa and other facility timings were not communicated.Hotel bar closes early; nothing available after 10 PM, which is inconvenient.

Over priced for the experience

Liked: I liked that is was very close to the train station
Disliked: The spa facilities were undergoing maintenance, and we could use them. The room was not clean with rubbish from previous stays still in the room.

Stylish hotel with great attentive...

Liked: Amazing staff and service! Only stayed for one night, great luxury and close by to everywhere we wanted to visit.
Disliked: Only downside was the rooftop was closed for the one night we stayed due to light rain and they charge extra to use spa facilities, which I think should be offered when being a guest, so didn’t get to utilise much of what the hotel had to offer!
