Liked: The scent & location And food was very delicious
Disliked: My room was warm I need it to be 60 to sleep well & shower didn’t get hot enough lol

Liked: The location was great for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool area was nice.
Disliked: For a five star hotel I wasn’t expecting our room to look run down - it looks like some of the furniture might need to be replaced soon. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best.

Overall its an amazing hotel...

Liked: The room was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the fragrance of the entire hotel was captivating.
Disliked: I was excited that the property had a shuttle to drive us to dinners but we didn’t get to utilize it at all. We tried calling downstairs to request the car and we were put on hold so many times that we stopped trying. One time we called and they didn’t answer they just put us on hold. I was not particularly happy about that. I feel as if the hotel may be understaffed. We had to wait when we checked in to have someone assist us with our luggage and ended having the gentleman behind the counter take our luggage up to our room. His name was Sam I believe. He was extremely courteous and genuine. He definitely needs to be recognized as one of the most assertive employees that is on staff there. Valet and bellmen were extremely friendly as well.
