Disliked: No business center, bar closed at 10am. Charged both me and my colleague holding fees. Staff were not friendly in the restaurant.

Disliked: air conditioning did not work in room and was blowing hot air all night, changed rooms at 2am and new room unit still did not work

Liked: Beautiful hotel~ welcomed with hot tea and hand towel upon arrival ~ everyone was very friendly Our room was well appointed and so comfortable

The customer service is great...

Liked: The staff was great, loved how the elevator uses your room key to determine which floor you have access to. The bed was comfortable and there was cable tv available
Disliked: The room was more basic than I imagined, the casting option on the tv didn’t work with my Netflix/Hulu. The do not disturb light didn’t work for my room. The room was kinda of dusty in my opinion. The valet took a long time to get my car the first time.

Everything was just right; effortless...

Liked: Staff were brilliant. The manager was particularly attentive and very accommodating- professional. I wish the reception staff has a stool to sit on for their wellbeing. I’m sure this will take nothing away from the highly professional service Nobu offers.
