Disliked: I don´t like it when staff expects a tip and gets offended if you don´t pay extra when you order a drink. I have already paid for the service

Liked: - very good location probably best in city- Nice refurb - Nice bistro - Homemade jam but some ubiquitous runny honey
Disliked: - no nespresso machine- Room layout wrong- Reception hall not grand- Curtain don’t make room dark. Bad light pollution

Liked: Location was great and the desk friendly and quick
Disliked: The room was super small and not that fresh. Felt like a 3 star hotel room. The hotel itself with its elevators and breakfast was not according to my expectations either.

Ok, but in international comparison,...

Liked: The property, the lobby and the courtyard.
Disliked: The small rooms, the lamp hanging down in the middle of the room, and impossible to really get out of the way. The breakfast room, total chaos in the morning! Loud (no soft flooring and echoes),Impossible serving of the buffet at one side of the room, queuing really annoying. Make an island in the middle of the room instead!! The variety of food on the breakfast buffet is quite low standard for a 5star hotel. International guest expect more table service and more ready made dishes, individually served. This is a very long way from international five star level!! Gym/fitness ist very small and no Pilates equipment, not even balls.
