Liked: Roomy.
Disliked: The front door needs some attention because the screen wouldn’t appear easily. The carpet in the common places needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Liked: Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Dated hotel in need of renovation. Squeaky bed. Online check in didn't work which led us to have to sit outside for some time until the helpful staff member found us and sorted us out.

Liked: Brilliant value for a single night stay, massive room with ensuite and in a great location.
Disliked: Having to remember code for door entry every time you want in is a pain but everything else is good or above

Exceptional

Liked: It's close to the airport, you take Airlink 100, and in 20 minutes you get off at Wester Coates and in 2 minutes you are at the accommodation, then you can walk to the center, because it's 15 minutes away. Everything was ok, I recommend!

Disappointing

Liked: Great location and easy to get in and check out
Disliked: Too hot!! The room got warm because of the huge window on one side of the room during sunny days and no air conditioning.

Liked: Smooth self check-in
Disliked: Lack of staff, unable to open window wider on hot summer days. Only one window could be opened with a tiny gap in our room.
