Disliked: This property is worn out and filthy with evidence of damage to the door suggesting a break in which has been poorly fixed The carpets in arrival hall where the same as the rest filthy and worn out

Liked: Location was OK, half hour from the castle.
Disliked: The room was in the top floor, so there was only a roof window. During the night we heard the water heater/pump switching on and off every time somebody turned on the water, maybe even without it. The TV was outdated and the bed was screechy. We visited during the international festival without knowing, so maybe that was the reason for such a high price.

Liked: Helpful Housekeeper. Easy Check-in...Breakfast a bonus...basic but clean and comfortable.Good location...10 minute Bus ride/ 30 minute walk to City Centre...excellent for public transport (Bus Stops very close by)Highly recommend...local Indian/Arab Restaurant..!!

Good price, space, and location

Liked: The location is perfect, super easy to get to the city center, train station and airport from the bus stop, just a few minutes walk from the house. The bed was really comfy, and the room had plenty of space for 3 ppl.
Disliked: The bathroom and windows could need a bit more deep cleaning because you can see some mould. The breakfast was pretty basic (cereal, milk and pastries), but the good thing is you can buy food at Tesco, located about 10 minutes from the house and store it in a mini fridge

Not the property we booked....

Liked: Nothing. This was not the property we were given. When we arrived our check in code did not work. When I called the property to chase this, we were told our property address was at a completely difference place 10 minutes away as shown on the booking confirmation (it was not. Our confirmation still states no6 west Coates). It was after that we were then sent an email requesting our id’s and giving a different address. The property we had to stay in as nothing could be done by this point was nothing like this one advertised. I can only describe it as a seedy student type property that sinister things would be filmed in.
