Exceptional

Expensive for what we got

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Nice shower.
Disliked: Very pricey for a tiny room. Hardly any room to maneuver, much less to have to eat the boxed "breakfast" in. Breakfast was very meager and a negative surprise for the price of this hotel. There was a flashing light from the bathroom all night long.

All in all, we enjoyed...

Liked: The staff were excellent. Very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: I thought I had reserved a king room. May have been a my mistake but the bed was Queen or double.

Lovely boutique hotel with at...

Liked: The rooms were really nice - comfortable bed and great bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing

A little disappointing. We were...

Liked: Nice decor.
Disliked: We got placed in a room with no cupboards. Only after asking to move, did we get another room with a little more space. Only has paid parking on the street and the location is a little far from the quality restaurants.

It was my second stay...

Liked: Great location, paid parking available on the road by the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean and the beds are to die for, so comfortable. Shower has excellent pressure as well. All in all and great place to stay. Continental breakfast served to the room is good as well.
Disliked: Everything was great, staff super friendly and helpful. If I had one small complaint it would be the cleaners were slightly noisy in the morning. But don’t let that distract away from the fact this is a great boutique hotel.

Will come again.

It’s a very special hidden...

Liked: The young guy who checked us in was an absolute delight…..so nice. The room was beautiful and it was the decor that made me book the hotel. Reception area is beautiful. The complimentary wine and items in the room were a real bonus, wasn't expecting that.
Disliked: For me the only downside was the location. When we took a dander around the streets they looked very run down and lots of derelict buildings and shops. Not sure which end of town it is in but in the evening when we ventured out for dinner there were lots of groups of people about and all seemed to be very young student age. Fine for us for a night coming off the cruise but it would put us off going there as we do love to walk around a lot in any areas we stay in. I know the surrounding areas are out of your control but i was very happy to be returning to the hotel after dinner (-;
