Luxurious and tranquil.
Liked: The decor was exceptional, especially attention to detail and the extras that were a very pleasant surprise. The staff were lovely and very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The curtains didn't close properly and the bathroom was way too hot. Also, the glass door to the bathroom was interesting!

Liked: Very well decorated, very clean, quiet and comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little more imaginative and we had to buy our own milk to use in the milk frother of the coffee machine.

Liked: Litl gem of a small boutique hotel . Non catering in houses … if that bothers you , it’s not for you … Complementary wine and beverages / snacks in room … Luxury accommodation . A real pre op treat for me .

Absolutely fantastic!
Liked: Beautifully appointed, fabulous staff at check in and check out. The room, especially the bathroom, was exceptional, we will be back!

Southampton's finest
Liked: I travel extensively for my work. This hotel is as good as any I can think of that I have stayed in. The staff were wonderful, the room was simply magnificent. Originally decorated, big, comfortable bed, bathroom stunning and bathrobes big and fluffy. Free minibar was a special extra. The spiral chandelier running up the middle of the staircase has got to be seen. Beautiful
