Liked: Fantastic food, room, downstairs space, terrace, bar and really friendly but human staff you could properly chat to.
Disliked: Would prefer a choice of pillow (or more precisely a thicker, firmer pillow).

Liked: The breakfast is magnificent high quality, lots of choice, beautiful room.
Disliked: I've stayed many times always fantastic. I share a bed with my son. The room and bed was too small. I tried to book directly but no one picked up the phone. Roxanne told me I booked online through a third party, I didn’t realise. It would be helpful if your online booking email address was more obvious please.
