Liked: The room and hotel was tiny BUT the window was big and it overlooked a garden and you can hear birds! Staff were very nice and accommodating. Location was close the tram/bus/train stops.

Beautiful boutique hotel in charming...

Liked: Beautiful room with lovely gardens outside the windows.
Disliked: Bathroom needed some shelving but was otherwise very nice.

Suggest you consider getting a...

Liked: location was ok.
Disliked: We arrived at 13.00 but couldn't get in. There appeared to be only one member of staff who was cleaning and trying to man reception as well. We had to phone to get let in. The room wasn't ready so we asked to use the toilets, which didn't work. They have a bar but I gave up waiting for service after 30 mins.
