I would not recommend at...
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Nothing deluxe about the deluxe double. Hope in the wall, mismatched furniture and not value for money.

Overall it’s a nice place...
Liked: Location is excellent and rooms are lovely and lounge. Hotel itself is apart of the Edinburgh architectural landscape.
Disliked: The facilities were a bit more run down than we expected. Little things were not quite right (ie the milk was off and handles missing on the bathroom vanity). Construction was occurring in the hotel room adjacent to us which meant we weren’t able to relax when we arrived (and nor was a discount offered.. or free breakfast.. something to make up for it).

Fab hotel in good location...
Liked: No. 32 is a lovely old hotel located a short walk from Waverley train station and on the tram route. Ideal for anyone travelling from the airport. Hotel is situated in a quiet street and our room was clean, warm and comfortable with a good mattress. We slept really well! Shout out to Munish and Laura who were really friendly and helpful. When we arrived Munish took time to explain where we were in relation to main attractions so we could get our bearings which was much appreciated. The hotel is 2 mins walk to tram line and 2 stops to Princes Street and all the action! Highly recommend staying here.
Disliked: The bath towels were on the small side.

Overall our one night stay...
Liked: The room was a reasonable size with a pleasant outlook and a comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was too hot with no obvious way to turn the heating down. There was a noisy fridge in the corner which switched on and off throughout the night. The floor could have been cleaner. The bathroom was poor. It was very small with a tiny washbasin and the door didn't close. We reported the door to the receptionist as soon as we discovered it, but nothing was done and there was no communication from the manager.

It’s a nice hotel and...
Liked: Location was lovely, very central and near the tram/train station. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: For the price we were disappointed. Nothing major but a few things not working (standing lamp was broken, head bit dangling down with the wires out, TV remotes out of battery and didn’t work well, shower extractor fan broken, bathroom mirror lights broken). Most disappointing of all was that we came down at 0830 for breakfast and there were no staff and the kitchen was all locked up - rang the number at reception with no reply. Ended up having to leave and get breakfast in town.

Nice hotel with friendly staff...
Liked: Excellent location if you arrive from the airport. The bus stop of the Airlink100 is just around the corner. Walk to the city centre takes around 30 minutes, but there are buses and trams close to the hotel. Nice and quiet room, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Low water pressure of the shower (which is a common issue in the UK, though).
