No12 Bed and Breakfast St Andrews

Smashing place with a view...

Liked: Great hostess making sure we knew where best to eat prior to arrival (shame we ignored the advice). The bed was extremely comfy and the bedding cosy. Breakfast was a variant of Scottish but with smoked salmon as an additional choice.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like!

Liked: Was a really lovely experience. Pam was a lovely host and the room was clean with everything we needed available to us. It is a great location not too far from the main town

Clean, comfy & close to...

Liked: Bed was comfortable & room was very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of options for storage, ie night stand, hanging closet. Shower was great, location was very close to town. Pam was very nice to arrange a taxi & get us a late night dinner reservation.
Disliked: Our host Pam must have forgotten that I called her regarding a late check in. She emailed me after I booked regarding her late check in policy and I called a few months prior to our arrival. We discussed the circumstances and I thought I was all good for our late arrival. However, the day of our arrival she had emailed me multiple times and since I was having phone issues while I traveled, I was not getting them. She assumed I had no call/no show, however I thought we had discussed our late arrival. She was a little curt with me when I arrived, but quickly began to help us get a taxi & dinner sorted out . The only other thing is the bathroom is not in the room, it is however private and we did not share it with any other guests.

Awesome stay in St Andrews

Liked: Fantastic breakfast. Pam was a delightful host who arranged premier tables at two of the finest restaurants in St Andrews. She gave us a great overview of the areas attractions. We loved meeting her wonderful puppies. Awesome stay in St Andrews.

A real home from home.

Liked: Quiet location, walkable to town.Beautifully appointed room with lots of space and very comfortable bed.Freshly cooked breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing! It was a perfect stay.
