Liked: Central location, bedsheets and towels were clean
Disliked: Building is a little old because of the location, can see some cracks inside the room.Location is convenient but the area is a little dirty - rubbish on the streets, occasional rats and sometimes people with strong sativa smell, but maybe it applies to the entire central Sydney.

Liked: Staff were great. Luggage storage was marvellous.
Disliked: Bathroom door did not close. Noisy neighbours. Light outside of window went on at 3am, then off 4.30am. Could smell people smoking, a lot.

Staff were friendly and welcoming,...

Liked: I love how nice the staff were, place was close to many activities and the hotel was cosy, very nice and friendly!
Disliked: The construction was a little loud, and if you can recommend some blinds the black out the light at night time , besides that the places was amazing !
