Amazing place, cafe was great!!...

Liked: Location, polite staff, great room service.
Disliked: A surprise of small cockroaches on my freshly new towels :) I've lived in Sydney before, so I wasn't that shocked lol.

Budget, comfortable hotel

Liked: It's comfy enough for a budget hotel, the staff are friendly when you check in but it's in a bit of a run down neighbourhood.
Disliked: The shower leaked so much water all over the floor. I wish the window wasn't fully open before we arrived, I understand it can be stuffy but it should be on draft, not wide open

Liked: Location was good, close to the botanic garden and grocery store in front of the hotel. The reception lady was very friendly.
Disliked: The pictures on booking could be updated. Seems out of date. Doesn’t reflect the actual conditions. Quite a few bugs in the bathroom and last day we found a big cockroach in a bed :(

Pleasant

Liked: The location was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and professional. They even offered us an early check-in and an upgrade.
Disliked: The room was facing the street in the back of the hotel which was busy both in the evenings and mornings. As the windows were pretty thin we could hear everything.Also, the cleanness was not that great.
