A disappointing stay – I...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I was placed on the fourth floor, but the lift only went to the third, so I had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs with no help. The room had a terrible smell, the floor felt unstable, and parts of it were falling apart. While the staff were friendly, the room looked nothing like the photos online — which are clearly very outdated. For the price, it was definitely not worth it.

Satisfactory for the money paid

Liked: Room was generally good, but items which we flagged up which were not to our satisfaction were not dealt with quickly.eg, leak in bathroom, loose toilet seat, loose cold tap in shower.

Good hotel, perfect location

Liked: Large bed, super comfy, clean linen.
Disliked: There was renovations all day and was not notified before booking. The room was small, however very expected for a Sydney hotel. I didn’t like how I could hear everything, very thin walls

Liked: The location of the hotel to cafes, shops and trains is perfect. Staff are always welcoming and accommodating of any requests. Very clean and quiet hotel.
Disliked: I am very sensitive to bleach and for the first time could detect it in the sheets.

Disliked: It smelt like an overload of bleach is being used for cleaning, so pungent I had to raise the windows always even it was cold. Also the shower was poky.

Liked: N.O 9 Springfield is a great little Boutique hotel in the best location. Quiet & clean. Helpful staff. Fantastic cafe at the entry level. Only minor quibble would be that the bathrooms are small....

Liked: The location is very central with easy access to restaurants/metro ect. The room was very clean with big windows and nice service!
