Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Lack of communication from the staff prior to the booking - had issue with payment (our error) messaged venue to rectify payment & rebook, ended up booking myself online and double texting the venue to update without any response or acknowledgement, and in turn our parking reservation was cancelled. Venue lobby and communal areas had a pungent off putting smell, super limited parking spots guests should be prepared to walk 10mins or more from their car with luggage to the venue and factor in overnight/hourly charges. Staff not overly warm or welcoming.

Liked: Very clean and tidy room. Close to shopping, entertainment and eateries. Awesome place for a quiet getaway. Thank you very much to ak, all the staff there.
Disliked: The weather. I failed to anticipate an income storm. but that was fine, I just stayed in and enjoyed catching up on movies online. No fault what so ever for the hotel and it's awesome staff.

Disliked: No privacy due to the curtains unable to fully shut in the room !No reception bell for assistance to be attended due to standing around waiting for staff to attend

Disliked: The staff didn’t service the room although they attended , they gave new towels …. BUT they look to have just been thrown on our chair . The bed wasn’t made up .Although we had the make my room up on the door.Poor poor experience.It’s sad they dont care about their customers
